Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We ship DAP (Delivered-at-Place) to all international countries, which means the customer is responsible for any duties and import fees.
Due to high volume during our Black Friday Sale we have extended order processing to 5-7 days before ships out.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), and local courier partners.
My order has not arrived yet?
As a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing longer processing and shipping times than usual. While we are working hard to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, arrival times are not guaranteed.
International orders are not eligible for free return or exchange at the current time.
Our Sons of Adam products come with a warranty to ensure you receive products that uphold our high standards of quality and functionality.
Our warranty covers hardware and manufacturer defects on items purchased through our website or an authorized dealer. Our warranty does not cover secondhand items, sample items, final sale items, normal wear, cracking leather paint, scratches, or stains. If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of the item, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange. If you experience an issue with your item within the time of your warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos and your order number. Once the repair has been initiated we will cover shipping costs (on orders placed within the continental U.S. or Canada) to and from our repair facility. The entire repair process including shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note, if we do find the item cannot be repaired we cannot guarantee it will be replaced with a new item of the same design and color.

What if I receive a damaged item?

How do I return for a different colour or style?
We want you to have something you love. Email us back and request a refund. We offer a flat rate for return shipping. Once received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and you can purchase the desired color or style on our website. Please note, items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged at a future date for the same discount.
